Privacy
We
will not sell or otherwise distribute your personal information.
We only use your details to send your order to you or, if
you request it, to send you information about our art work.
Pricing
Prices
reflect the size of the painting.
Where
card surround and archive quality backing are included in
the price, for example for smaller sized paintings, this is
stated in the gallery. These smaller paintings are sent to
you ready mounted. This provides protection for the painting
as well as saving you money when framing. All you have to
do is buy a frame and slip in the painting. If you require
a frame please contact us.
Consult
the Price List for costs
including freight and handling to your destination.

Australian buyers: our Australian Business Number [ABN] is
14 668 299 854.
Returns
If
you wish to return, please email us within seven (7) days
of receipt to notify us of a return. Please return the painting
using the original packaging and enclosing original paperwork.
Returns must be insured for their full value. The cost of
returning paintings rests with the customer. After we receive
the return we will send a refund for the price of the artwork
less handling. Returned cheques result in service charges
to the customer.
Outside
Australia: there are no returns for items shipped outside
of Australia, however our packaging is robust and not damage
prone. In the unlikely event of damage please email us immediately
for instructions.
Receiving
your order
Orders
are usually shipped within 48 hours. All orders are shipped
with registered Australia Post (with delivery confirmation)
unless otherwise specified.

The
copyright for this website and for all artwork displayed on
this website resides with the artist E Gordon Werner. Please
do not copy any work from this site without the express permission
of the artist. Information on Australian copyright law is
